The Association for assessment and consulting services “Prima Tim DOO Ohrid” was established in August 2014. The founders of the company are Dimitar Gruppev, Darko Apostolovski and Gorgi Medaroski, former and current colleagues with years of experience in the banking sector.
At the beginning with just the founders as employees, but the company in the past period has been developing in the right direction, thanks to the high quality of its services and the trust and loyalty of the clients-friends of “Prima Tim DOO”.
After only 6 months of existence, in accordance with the positive growth that the Company noted, Prima Tim DOO opened its office in Ohrid, ul. Boulever Turisticka 50/4 local 7 in the office building where there are several offices of lawyers, agencies , notaries etc. where clients can locate and receive part of the services offered by the company.
Our goal is to get closer to people who use our services, friendly, but professionally prepared, always offering something more than others.
For this purpose, we first directed our services to the region in which we are established (Ohrid, Struga, Kicevo, Debar, Resen, Bitola).
As early as the first year of its existence, the company created a portfolio of over 400 estimates and clients, primarily through cooperation with commercial banks. At the same time, the company was hired by the Basic Court in Ohrid for expropriation proceedings for the construction of the Ohrid-Kicevo highway. The greater growth and professional progress was achieved in 2016, when the company was contracted by JSC ELEM Skopje to the project for compensation for damage to geological investigations for finding coal at the locations of Pancevo-Star Itevnik (Pehcevo), Stamer-Zvegor (Delcevo) and the surrounding area on v. Lavci (Resen). At the moment there is a reference list of more than 2,000 estimates in the field of real estate.
The company actively participates in the assessment of the needs of commercial banks, savings houses, property sales agencies, bankruptcy and enforcement procedures, court proceedings, notaries in real estate purchase, public procurements, etc.
Continuously invests in the development and up-education of its employees, whereby they have Certificates for completed training for personal data protection, attend trainings from the Banking Academy ABIT, continuous training in the areas of assessment, etc. Our utilities are primarily offered in the following cities and municipalities: Ohrid, Bitola, Skopje, Kumanovo, Tetovo, Veles, Resen, Struga, Debar and Kicevo.
